·        Disciplinary enquiry � Notification to attend disciplinary hearings, counselling sessions (used during probation), suspension documents and appeal request document


·        Other documents � Application for leave, Certificate of service, employment application, exit interview, termination of employment, employee information


·        Grievance � Grievance form


·        Warning documents � verbal, written and final written warnings
