HR PACKAGE

 

The HR Package consists of the following documents:

·        Contracts – Permanent and fixed term contract

 

·        Disciplinary codes and procedures – Very important! Disciplinary codes will give the nature of offence as well as the action to be taken

 

·        Disciplinary enquiry – Notification to attend disciplinary hearings, counselling sessions (used during probation), suspension documents and appeal request document

 

·        Other documents – Application for leave, Certificate of service, employment application, exit interview, termination of employment, employee information

 

·        Grievance – Grievance form

 

·        Warning documents – verbal, written and final written warnings

 

·        Equity – the act and documents

 

·        U.I. 19 form

 

·        Law – The LRA and the BCEA

 

·        Poor work performance – Performance evaluation documents and notice to attend performance hearing
