Very simply Brunexa is a Sourcing and Outsourcing company. What this in principle means is the following;

  • The company is build on two major pillars – one being the marketing pillar and the second being the outsourcing pillar
  • In terms of marketing the company is again broken down into two categories – one being the supplier and the second being the end user
  • We market on behalf of the supplier/s any product from all over South Africa as we still believe “LOCAL IS LEKKER” and certain parts from abroad. Product/s either locally manufactured or imported to the end user and therefore acting as the sales consultant of the supplier
  • We also source any product that the end user needs on behalf of the end user and act as the sourcing consultant of the end user
  • We negotiate all new sales with end users on behalf of suppliers and vice versa and in the process then collect orders which will then in turn be processed by Brunexa for successful delivery
  • Outsourcing can be defined as a process in which a company delegates some of its in-house operations/processes to a third party (Brunexa). Thus outsourcing is a contracting transaction through which one company purchases services from another while keeping ownership and ultimate responsibility for the underlying processes. The clients inform their provider what they want and how they want the work performed. Therefore this means that Brunexa will either supply staff to the client based on the need and requirements of the client alternatively Brunexa will employ the staff of the client and reduce risk for the client.
